About: The Hofbrauhaus is a full-service restaurant providing guests with prompt and friendly service, assisting them in making food and beverage selections, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction with a focus on standards and quality. Requirements: One year experience in a full-service restaurant preferred; must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive; ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; basic math skills; ability to work effectively within a team; ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed; continuous use of hands and arms; continuous bending, reaching, and twisting; prepares room for dining; adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies; greets and welcomes guests; helps patrons select food and beverages; transmits orders to bar and kitchen; keeps kitchen staff informed of meal progression; serves orders from bar and kitchen; responds to patrons’ needs promptly; maintains table setting; concludes dining experience with patrons; obtains revenues by totaling charges and issuing bills.
