Position: Server Wilmington
About: TGI Fridays is looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders. The server will be the face of the restaurant and responsible for ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. Responsibilities include preparing tables, taking and serving orders, presenting menus, upselling, handling complaints, and processing payments. The ultimate goal is to provide high-quality service to maintain and attract guests. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus tips.
Requirements: Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience; Hands-on experience in cashier duties and using POS systems; Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours; Comfortable upselling drinks and menu items; Attention to cleanliness and safety; Patience and customer-oriented approach; Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude; Responsible and trustworthy; Must be able to read and write English; Must be able to hear well in a noisy environment
