Position: Server Washington DC
About: Cuba Libre is a restaurant chain with locations in Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Orlando, and Washington, D.C. They aim to provide an ‘escape’ to Havana through exciting food, beverage, and entertainment experiences that celebrate the Cuban people and culture. Founded by two-time James Beard Award winning Chef Guillermo Pernot, Cuba Libre offers chef-crafted versions of traditional and contemporary Cuban dishes in a tropical ambiance with vintage decor and upbeat Latin music.
Requirements: 1 year of experience serving in casual dining or above; be able to sell and upsell, have alcohol knowledge; demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to handle money transactions accurately and responsibly; be at least 18 years of age; speak, read, and write English well; conversational Spanish is helpful; must be eligible to work in the United States
