Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; familiarity with menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, and accounting procedures; ability to adapt to restaurant layout and orientation material; punctuality, courtesy, patience, and ability to work well with co-workers; physical capability to stand, walk, and carry food items across various surfaces; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
