Servers play a key role in creating a memorable storytelling experience for guests, engaging with them to showcase the unique values of Aulani.
Requirements: Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card; Must be at least 18 years of age; Knowledge of Hawaiian language and culture; Must have previous serving experience; Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; Speed, accuracy, and efficiency required; Demonstrated ability in guest service and conflict resolution; Self-directed, trustworthy, and a team player; Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
