About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, located in Hawaii, is seeking a dedicated and engaging Server to create an exceptional dining experience for guests, showcasing the spirit of Aulani through storytelling and sharing Hawaiian culture. The role involves interacting with guests and Cast Members in Hawaiian, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a vibrant and themed restaurant atmosphere.
Requirements: Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card; Must be at least 18 years of age; Knowledge of Hawaiian language and culture; Previous serving experience; Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; Speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure; Demonstrated excellent guest service skills; Self-directed, reliable team player; Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
