About: Join the magic with Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, known for its exceptional dining experiences and themed restaurant environments that bring the story of Aulani to life. This role involves greeting guests, taking/delivering orders, conversing in Hawaiian, and enhancing the dining experience with storytelling and cultural insights.
Requirements: Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card; Must be at least 18 years of age; Knowledge of Hawaiian language and culture; Previous serving experience; Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required; Ability to work well under pressure; Excellent guest service and service recovery skills; Demonstrated ability to resolve guest situations effectively; Flexible to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
