Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; strong knowledge of menu, specials, wine list, liquor list, and special drinks; familiarity with accounting procedures, layout of the restaurant, including table numbers and station numbers; ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult guests with patience and courtesy; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
