Position: Server – Takeout
About: P.F. Chang’s, a renowned restaurant chain, is currently hiring for the position of full-time and part-time hourly Server – Takeout or To Go Specialist. As a Server – Takeout, you will ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience. Responsibilities include taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing orders, as well as delivering orders to guests for curbside pickup. The job involves guiding guests through the menu, answering questions, and providing outstanding hospitality while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.
Requirements: Previous experience is not required – we will train you; Excellent customer service skills and etiquette; At least 18 years old; Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card; Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures; Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
