Position: Server – Shobu – FT

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; must be 21 years of age; six months experience in food service preferred; knowledgeable of food and alcoholic beverages; must possess excellent interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English; ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in a fast-paced environment; able to stand and walk for entire shift; must be able to lift trays of food above shoulder level for a distance of up to fifty yards; tolerate areas of cold and high temperature in excess of 115 degrees; must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues; must be able to tolerate areas containing high noise levels and bright lights; successful or better performance against Performance Appraisal Standards; teamwork – ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day to day operations; compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements; ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment; knowledge of and compliance with department, property, and company policies and procedures; maintain health department standards and regulations – inspection scores should be at or above standards; physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
