Position: Server-Restaurant 1
About: The Server position is responsible for taking customer food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, preparing itemized checks, and sometimes accepting payments. Additional duties may include escorting guests to tables, serving customers seated at counters, setting up and clearing tables, or operating a cash register. The Server also checks patron identification to ensure compliance with the minimum age requirement for alcohol purchase. The primary focus is on providing high-quality and efficient service to guests in a courteous manner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations); Ability to clearly convey information and ideas; Quick and accurate decision-making in high-pressure situations
