Position: Server-Restaurant 1
About: The Server position at Aimbridge Hospitality involves taking customer food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, preparing itemized checks, and ensuring guests meet the age requirements for alcohol purchases. This role also includes additional tasks such as escorting guests to tables, setting up and clearing tables, and operating a cash register, all while providing top-quality service efficiently and courteously.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations); ability to convey information and ideas clearly; ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
