Position: Server-Restaurant 1
About: The Server position involves taking customer food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, preparing itemized checks, and checking the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol purchase. The role may also include escorting guests to tables, setting up and clearing tables, and operating a cash register efficiently and courteously.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Alcohol Awareness Certification required (must comply with State regulations); Food Handlers certification required (must comply with State regulations); Ability to convey information and ideas clearly; Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; Ability to work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
