About: Pineapple Ink Tavern, a new locally owned restaurant in Downtown Augusta, GA, is seeking servers to join their team. The tavern offers crafted libations and eats in a unique artistic atmosphere, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in server duties and guest relations; ability to maintain operations following policies and standard procedures; strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of menu items for recommendations and customer inquiries; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
