Position: SERVER-Private Events (PT)
About: Hillcrest Country Club in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Server for private and club events, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to established etiquette rules. The Server will rotate among various club restaurants and play a crucial role in meeting member expectations and providing exceptional service in different event settings. The ideal candidate will be a customer service expert with a deep knowledge of the club’s amenities and standards.
Requirements: Two years’ previous server experience in a luxury environment; knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining service standards; current Food Handler, TIPS, and CPR Certification a plus; high school diploma preferred; service-oriented personality; effective communication skills in English, bilingual a plus; team player with attention to detail; ability to use a wine opener; exceptional grooming habits; punctual, reliable, and able to work weekends, holidays, and long hours with short notice; comfortable with frequent interruptions; able to lift up to 20 lbs.
