Requirements: Ability to deliver food and drinks to tables in premium areas and VIP clubs throughout the venue; experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant preferred; at least 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, speak, and write English; flexible schedule to work all venue events including extended hours, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in outdoor conditions under all climate conditions; punctual, dependable, and maintain personal hygiene and appearance; sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks; ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette preferred; ability to listen, take direction from management, work under pressure, and multitask in a team-oriented setting; meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
