Position: Server – Portland Harbor Hotel
About: Portland Harbor Hotel, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking experienced and friendly servers to join our team. You will be the face of our restaurant, providing memorable experiences for our guests. General Responsibilities: Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, take food and beverage orders, deliver to the kitchen, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, set tables, collect payment, assist with other restaurant tasks, perform related duties as assigned. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, T.I.P.S. certification or state-specific equivalent, ability to operate a point-of-sale system, work efficiently, organizational skills, work well in a team, maintain personal hygiene, at least 18 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, previous experience as a server preferred, ability to work varied schedule.
