Position: Server- Pool and Beach for Andaz Miami Beach
About: Andaz Miami Beach, a luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-beach, is currently seeking Pool and Beach Servers to join their opening team in early 2025. Boasting 287 guestrooms, including suites with ocean-view arrivals, this architectural landmark offers a unique and captivating experience for guests with exceptional amenities such as a full-service spa, fitness center, and a renowned dining experience by José Andrés.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
