The Restaurant Server position at The Westin New Orleans involves providing attentive and courteous service to guests, managing orders, and handling payments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to stand for entire shift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally; effective communication skills with both employees and guests; ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve; attendance at required hotel meetings and trainings; compliance with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations; excellent problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; initiative in anticipating guest needs; cross-training ability in various hotel areas; high standards of personal appearance and grooming
