Position: Server PM-Restaurant 1
About: The Server position at Embassy Suites Amarillo Downtown, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, is responsible for taking customer food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, preparing itemized checks, and ensuring that guests meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol purchases. The role also includes additional duties such as escorting guests to tables, clearing tables, and operating a cash register.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations); clear communication and decision-making skills; ability to work well under high pressure
