About: Urban Farmer, situated on the 8th floor of the Nines Hotel in Portland, is seeking a Server PM to join its culinary team. This sophisticated Farmer-to-Table steakhouse utilizes locally sourced ingredients and meats to deliver top-tier dining experiences in the city.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; Previous experience in a similar position of 3 months or longer; Basic knowledge of customer service principles, food server function, and restaurant and kitchen operations; Standard cash-handling procedures; Fluent in oral and written English
