Position: Server | Part-Time | Spectrum Catering Concessions
About: Oak View Group is currently seeking Servers to provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role offers an hourly wage of $2.50, with tip eligibility for selected employees. Part-time positions come with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and matching contributions. Additionally, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with accrued paid leave. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Requirements: High school diploma, G.E.D., or related food service job experience; experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred; must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings; ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment; excellent communication skills with employees, co-workers, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner
