Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit; high school diploma or equivalent; excellent customer service skills; strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs; possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders; must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
