Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently; prior hospitality experience preferred; TIPS certification required; ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds; exceptional customer service skills; guest attentiveness and a neat appearance
