Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; exceptional customer service with a passion for high-end service; refined communication skills for professional and personable guest interactions; physical endurance for lifting weights and standing for extended periods; expertise in menu knowledge; valid Food Handler’s Card and MAST Certification; prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred
