Position: Server – National Park Inn – Summer Seasonal
About: Mount Rainier is an iconic point in the Washington landscape, offering a historic dining experience appropriate to the National Park’s dining room. Employees interact with guests from around the world and have access to pristine mountain meadows, majestic waterfalls, and old-growth forests for exploration. Employment opportunities are primarily available between April and October, with a focus on the summer months.
Requirements: Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred; Strong sanitation habits and attention to detail; Food Safety certification and alcohol service TIPS/MAST certification required; National Park food service experience preferred; Ability to learn and use food service POS system including computerized cash register and credit card terminal; Math skills; Strong customer service abilities; Ability to recognize and solve guest problems; Physical presence at the job site is essential
