Position: Server Mian – (Full Time)
About: Rivers Casino Des Plaines is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional service to casino customers in a professional manner while upholding high standards of customer care.
Requirements: One (1) to (2) years guest service experience, preferably in a gaming/hospitality environment; Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items; Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, stoop, and twist while serving; Outstanding interpersonal communication skills; Cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature; Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance; Attend and pass Responsible Alcohol Training; Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays
