Position: Server – Lounge
About: Fairmont Breakers, Long Beach’s only luxury hotel with 185 boutique rooms and suites, rooftop pool and terrace, open-air rooftop lounge, two-story spa, dining venues, and bars, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in providing exceptional service to guests.
Requirements: Prior serving experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar restaurant environment; must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language; excellent communication and polished skills; basic math and computer skills; problem-solving abilities; knowledge of restaurant operations and California serving guidelines; high school diploma or equivalent; proven track record for guest satisfaction; ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
