About: Fairmont Breakers is a luxury hotel in Long Beach, offering 185 boutique rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, terrace, spa, wellness center, dining venues, rooftop lounge, and event spaces. Requirements: Prior serving experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar restaurant environment; ability to speak, read, write and understand English; excellent communication and math skills; basic computer skills; problem-solving abilities; knowledge of restaurant operations and California serving guidelines; high school diploma or equivalent
