Requirements: Learn and retain food & beverage and menu knowledge; Take and deliver food and beverage orders; Notify the line chef of any improperly prepared dishes; Perform side work duties daily; Must be physically present at work, in assigned workstation; Execute fabulous guest service; Lift and carry 50 lbs.; Stand for periods of 8-10 hours; Familiarity with food, beverage, and wine service; Ability to work in a noisy environment; Ability to communicate clearly in English; Comply with safety and health procedures; Maintain a neat appearance; Ability to handle cash transactions; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Organized with ability to take accurate orders; Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
