Position: Server – Kassi Beach House
About: Kassi Beach Club is a Coastal, Italian Restaurant, Bar and Lounge located near the Virgin Las Vegas Hotel Pool. The establishment serves artisanal Neapolitan pizzas, house-made pastas, and offers a party brunch on weekends with DJ lineups, cabana service, and industry nights. Guests can enjoy lunch, poolside cocktails, sunset supper, and late-night party scenes in a chic venue.
Requirements: Ability to transport trays and plates up to 50 pounds; Stand throughout an eight-hour shift; Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers; Knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service; Three years of banquet or catering experience; Ability to carry a tray and multiple plates; Familiarity with table etiquette and proper table set up for catered events; Work in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of smoke, crowds, and noise
