Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age of 18 years; at least 6 months of serving experience; ability to follow service standards for casual to formal dining environments; possession of a Food Handler’s card as required by state or provincial law; proficiency in memorizing and explaining the menu to guests; capability to handle and transport trays weighing up to 30 lbs; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; ability to pass a background check if 18 years or older
