About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dedicated Server to provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model. The Server will play a key role in meeting or exceeding sales performance objectives set by management, contributing to a positive and teamwork-based work environment.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age (some states may require 21 to serve alcohol); High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; Desire to work as part of a team; Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Understanding of proper food handling and serving techniques, federal, state, and local serving regulations; Proficiency in cash handling, credit card transactions, and operating basic electronic devices; Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and efficient time management; Effective communication and listening skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and efficient
