Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; demonstrates urgency in serving guests and meeting service cycle standards; greets guests upon arrival and acknowledges them at departure; assists with seating and special guest needs; suggestively sells to meet check average targets; accurately enters orders in the POS system; prepares beverages, appetizers, salads, and desserts; ensures order accuracy and presentation; delivers food and beverages promptly; attends to guests throughout the dining experience; pre-busses, clears, and resets tables; handles guest complaints courteously; follows safe cash handling procedures; maintains cleanliness and organization of the service area; adheres to Denny’s standards and policies; works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
