About: At Huntington Common, part of the Sunrise Senior Living community, we are seeking a dedicated Dining Room Care Manager (Server) to provide exceptional dining and table services to our residents in accordance with our high standards. Our dinner shifts are from 3 PM to 7:30 PM, with a starting pay rate of $18+ per hour depending on experience, and full-time hires with a 20-30 mile commute may qualify for a commuting stipend of up to $1,750 per year ($2,100 if 30+ miles). Requirements: High School diploma preferred; Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living; Ability to handle multiple priorities; Possess written and verbal communication skills; Competent in organizational and time management; Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
