About: Join our Team at the Grand Opening of the New Adobe Clubhouse at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club! We are gearing up for our grand opening and looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team. Located in Central Phoenix, the Adobe Clubhouse at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a welcoming golf club atmosphere. In addition to the Restaurant and Market, we will be hosting a variety of banquets and events to create memorable experiences for our members and guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Two to three years related server experience and/or training preferred; Experience working at banquet events helpful but willing to provide training; Possess strong interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional service – should be friendly, approachable, and attentive; Strong attention to detail and time management skills; Strong teamwork and collaboration: Ability to collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, bussers, and other restaurant staff; Strong communication skills including effective listening; Highly organized to manage multiple tables; Flexible and adaptable to changes in workflow, menu items, staff, etc; Ability to remain calm during peak hours or challenging guests or members; Comfortable in upselling; Demonstrated working knowledge of food handling regulations; Ability to use Point of Sale (POS) System; Ability to use employee self-service on company’s human resources/payroll database; Must have a valid driver’s license; Unexpired Arizona food and liquor certifications; Must be at least 19 years of age to handle and serve alcoholic beverages
