Position: Server job
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dedicated Server to provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model. The Server will contribute to a teamwork-based environment, learn the menu offerings, suggestively sell to guests, and ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for all patrons.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; A desire to work as part of a team; Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to comply with proper food handling regulations and serving techniques as well as federal, state, and local serving regulations; Ability to process cash handling and credit card transactions in compliance with company policies; Proficient in operating a computer, calculator, and phone; Attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills; Effective communication and listening skills; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and composed under pressure
