About: Willie’s Grill and Icehouse is currently seeking a dedicated Server to provide exceptional ‘Guest First’ service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and satisfied with their dining experience. The role involves friendly interaction, order accuracy, and efficient service to exceed guest expectations in a restaurant setting.
Requirements: 6 months to 2 years related experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; alcohol certification required; Food Handler’s Certificate as required; ability to see, hear, read, and write in English; basic math and verbal communication skills required; ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal direction; must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests, other employees, and managers; possess basic math skills and handle money; ability to manage workflow and resolve questions and problems with supervisor; ability to stand and/or walk throughout the entire shift and work in a restaurant environment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
