Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, honest, and comfortable with food and liquor service; availability to work consistently with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills; experience as a Server in a table-service restaurant preferred; flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; valid alcohol certification; elevated knowledge of wine and spirits; highly developed interpersonal skills; basic bookkeeping knowledge; working knowledge of point-of-sale systems; high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 lbs
