Requirements: High school education or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar position of 3 months or longer; basic knowledge of customer service principles, food server function, and restaurant and kitchen operations; proficiency in standard cash-handling procedures; fluency in oral and written English; ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs; strong manual coordination skills; physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout shifts in an indoor environment; excellent vision and hearing abilities; multitasking and organizational skills; ability to navigate complex customer service situations with tact and understanding
