About: Hotel Verdant is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to interact with guests and ensure exceptional dining experiences at the Inn. The ideal candidate will exceed guest expectations and promptly resolve any issues that may arise to create a positive dining atmosphere from start to finish.
Requirements: One year of prior food and beverage experience preferred; prior guest relations training; knowledge of proper food handling; ability to communicate effectively in English; strong written and verbal communication skills; positive and upbeat attitude; attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in performing duties; punctuality and reliable attendance; proper food safety training and certification; experience working with computers and POS systems; physical ability to perform various tasks safely.
