Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; familiarity with menu, wine list, liquor list, and special drinks; knowledge of accounting procedures and restaurant layout; ability to meet schedule requirements, interact courteously with guests and colleagues, and handle physically demanding tasks such as transporting food safely and efficiently; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
