Position: Server job
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dedicated Server to provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service to guests following the CHARM service model. The Server will contribute to a teamwork-based environment, learn the menu, suggestively sell to guests, and ensure a positive dining experience through attentive service and accurate order handling.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age (some states may require 21 to serve alcohol); High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; Desire to work as part of a team; Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Understanding and compliance with food handling, serving techniques, and regulations; Proficiency in cash handling, credit card processing, and basic computer operations; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management; Effective communication, listening skills, and professional behavior in a fast-paced environment.
