About: The Server position at Arva Italian Restaurant with F&B 575 at Aman New York offers an opportunity to be part of a luxury hotel environment, providing exceptional service to guests. Requirements: 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment, a similar restaurant, or food and beverage setting; Must have open availability and able to work am & pm shifts and weekends; Positive, engaging, and energetic personality; Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision; Very high attention to detail; Sensitive to cultural nuances; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English; Able to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment; Excellent people skills and ability to work under pressure; Maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies; Ability to carry, push, and pull heavy loads up to 50 lbs; standing, bending, and lifting will be required; Ability to stand for extended periods; Comfortable with exposure to outdoor elements and varying weather conditions; Multi-lingual is a plus; TIPS and ServSafe Certified.
