Requirements: A minimum of 2+ years serving in a fine dining environment; An exemplary understanding of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails; Comfortable navigating an extensive wine and spirits list; Detail-oriented, clean, proactive with a sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and professionalism; Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences; Confident, engaging, and enjoys sharing knowledge of food and beverage with others.
