About: The Melting Pot is a restaurant located at 4014 Townsfair Way in Easton Town Center. They are currently hiring for the position of Restaurant Server/Team Member with full-time and flexible part-time schedules available. As a Server at The Melting Pot, responsibilities include promoting positive guest relations, suggestive selling of wine and food products, following service sequences, serving products according to standards and procedures, establishing a professional and hospitable rapport with guests, complying with local alcoholic beverage laws, accounting for all products served, exceeding guest expectations, and performing various sidework assignments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred
