About: The Melting Pot is a restaurant located at 2121 Pacific Ave and is currently seeking a Restaurant Server/Team Member. Full-time and flexible part-time schedules are available for this position. As a Server at The Melting Pot, responsibilities include promoting and maintaining positive guest relations, suggestively selling wine and food products, following all service sequences, serving products according to standards and procedures, establishing a professional and hospitable rapport with each guest served, complying with local alcoholic beverage laws, accounting for every product served, always exceeding guests’ expectations, and performing opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.
