As a Server at Ruby Tuesday, the role involves providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests following the CHARM service model, learning the menu to explain offerings, making recommendations, and suggestively selling to Guests, ensuring accurate order recording and input into the MICROS system, delivering food to guests, and providing refills and prebus stations.
