The Server plays a key role in fulfilling Golden Corral’s mission statement by providing pleasurable and affordable dining experiences with a positive attitude and ongoing professionalism. Hospitality is a crucial aspect of the Server’s responsibilities, encompassing a clean, neat appearance, positive attitude, and courtesy. Key responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, promoting return visits, practicing positive public relations, addressing guests’ needs, demonstrating enthusiasm for new products and promotions, and supporting teamwork for exceptional guest service. In terms of operational excellence, the Server must understand product specifications, perform opening and closing procedures, monitor table bussing, and adhere to safety protocols. Moreover, maintaining cleanliness standards, following duty rosters, meeting quality standards, and complying with health department regulations are essential aspects of the role at Golden Corral.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; positive attitude and ongoing professionalism; strong hospitality skills; knowledge of food and beverage service; ability to follow operational procedures and safety protocols; adherence to cleanliness and quality standards; familiarity with health department laws
