About: MIKA Coral Gables is seeking experienced and polished Servers to provide world-class service in a refined and sophisticated dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep knowledge of food and beverage, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team in a high-end restaurant setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous experience as a food server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment; extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food presentation, and wine service; strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure; ability to work efficiently in a team and contribute to a harmonious service environment; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods of time; ability to obtain and/or maintain all required licenses, certificates, or permits; must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
